WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THIS (VIRTUAL) HYBRID APPROACH?

As a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and an expert in Radiation Oncology, I bring discipline, dedication, and thoroughness to each session and have been doing so in various formats since 2004.  I have developed a 3-Step Hybrid Advocacy Coaching Program that allows for direct access to me, a portion of directed reading and watching specially prepared instructional videos. In this Executive VIP 1:1 Concierge Service, I am personally able to prepare for your virtual coaching/advocacy sessions.

Here's how my 3-Step Hybrid Advocacy Coaching Program works:

1. Cancer Journal and Guide Book: Purchase the Q4CD Cancer Journal and Guide on Amazon (link on bottom of homepage). This will be our primary resource (Q4CD is a program of QuantaKUW a nonprofit 501(c)3 – proceeds and affiliate program benefit supports this nonprofit)

2. Free Step-by-Step Videos: (DO NOT PURCHASE BREAST CANCER COURSE, if you plan to get this service; the course is included FREE for VIP clients. However, once breast cancer course is purchased, there is no refund ) Access cancer videos compiled in the order that is best consumed for optimal understanding. Best to watch before the first 1:1 VIP meeting

3. Executive VIP 1:1 Concierge Service: The start date is flexible and can be on MON or WED evening at 7:30pm (CST) - excluding holidays/travels (residents of the UK or international, will connect separately for best time). Each session meets ONCE weekly for up to 75 minutes (1 hr 15min) for 3 consecutive weeks. This includes access to me via direct messaging for any follow-up questions/concerns during the work week MON-THUR (response is typically between 24-48 hours).

What This Service Does Not Include

1. Does Not include my presence at any of your medical appointments, in any format

2. Does Not include final treatment recommendations, or communicating with your Cancer Care team in any capacity

3. Does Not include collection or sharing of your medical records; please be thorough about your diagnosis and care as per the Intake Form to facilitate discussions

4. Does Not include guarantee of any medical outcomes – desired or undesirable - from diagnosis, treatments, side effects, etc.,

5. Does Not include service to your entire family in various locations

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE THIS SERVICE?

You should FIRST rely and communicate directly with your Cancer Care team for guidance on your diagnosis, treatments, management of side effects and follow up care. This does not replace your primary team.
